Born in Ankara in 1979, Mustafa KIRAÇ completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Ankara. In 1995, he was admitted to Gazi University Faculty of Medicine. He graduated from medical school in 2001. In the same year, he passed the Medical Specialization Examination and was admitted to the Department of Urology at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine. In 2006, he became a urology specialist after completing his thesis titled “Improvement of Urinary Parameters with Diet in Patients with Recurrent Stones.”

In January 2007, he was appointed to Yozgat State Hospital as part of his compulsory service. During the three years he worked there, he performed more than 500 operations.

He performed the first laparoscopic kidney tumor surgery and closed kidney cyst surgery in Yozgat. In 2008, he completed his military service as a medical lieutenant at Hakkari Military Hospital. In 2009, he resigned from Yozgat State Hospital and returned to Ankara.

After working for a short time at Private Akay Hospital in Ankara, he began serving as a founding deputy chief physician at Private Koru Hospital in 2010. He then served as chief physician of Private Koru Hospital between 2011 and 2012.

After successfully passing the associate professorship exam in September 2014, he received the title of Associate Professor and worked in the Department of Urology at Private Koru Ankara Hospital. In September 2021, he was appointed as Professor in the Department of Urology at Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine. Since July 1, 2020, he has been seeing patients in his private practice, where he continues to work.

He holds a robotic surgery certificate. His special areas of interest are endourology and robotic surgery. The minimally invasive treatment of kidney stones, laparoscopic surgery, and robotic surgery are among his experienced fields.
